I just thank Jesus for all the blessings and little miracles in 2007. From small things to big things, from people and loved ones. Just so many blessings that in the end, 2007 was a fantastic year. Happy New Year 2008 everyone!

One ABC Please!

Ais Batu Campur -- or Mixed Ice is a rather Malaysian invention which consists of shaved ice, nuts, kidney beans, sugar syrups, corn, and assorted jelly toppings. Sometimes, ice-cream is also used! A most yummy dessert and on Christmas Eve, Alice is serving them up fast and furious! Don't get her mad though cos you'll have an ice ball thrown at you!

New Christmas Toy :)
December 27, 2007

Just got a new Christmas pressie today and it's no other than Sony-Ericsson's HBH-DS970 Blue tooth stereo headset. How does it work? Well, it's a bit fiddly to connect but once you get the connection part setup, it works well. I've to try if the standard SE charger will charge this headset cos it's going to be a pain if you need two separate chargers. Currently, I have it setup to my Nokia N80 and my notebook so I can be wirelessly listening to tunes and answering phone calls. So much for being productive today!

The True Meaning of Christmas
December 24, 2007

There stands a little Christmas tree, looks a lot like Charlie Brown's
And underneath there's one little gift for him and one little gift for her
After six months on the new job, they're still barely getting by
So in the way of decorations, there's nothing there to catch your eye
But both of them would be the first to say
We're together, we're gonna have the merriest Christmas anyway
Chorus:
'Cause Christmas is all in the heart, that's where the feeling starts
And like a fire inside, it touches every part
'Cause Christmas is all in the heart
And even if no white snow falls, that's all right because
The joy can still be found, wherever you are
'Cause Christmas is all, all in the heart
Two little blonde haired boys with big dreams, tried to sleep but sleep wouldn't come
We'd be tearing into presents, long before the break of dawn
With Mom and Dad and cameras making sure we'd never forget that day
Now I'm the one who's taking pictures, in the middle of the night
Of my own blonde headed dreamers that just can't wait until daylight
And in my sleepy eyes the spark still glows
Well I guess there's just some things a kid never outgrows
(Chorus)
No, it's not in the snow that may or may not fall
And it's not in the gifts around the tree
It's in the love heaven gave, the night our Savior came
And that same love can still be found wherever you are
'Cause Christmas is all in the heart
And the joy can still be found, wherever you are
'Cause Christmas is all, all in the heart
It's all in the heart

A Big Breakfast
December 22, 2007

A wonderful way to start the morning: eggs, milk, tomatoes, cured ham, a bit of onion and garlic. Serve with a side of cucumber and olive oil pan-fried toast! Delicious!
A Song for Christmas
December 21, 2007
that your Baby Boy would one day walk on water?
Mary, did you know
that your Baby Boy would save our sons and daughters?
Did you know
that your Baby Boy has come to make you new?
This Child that you delivered will soon deliver you.
Mary, did you know
that your Baby Boy will give sight to a blind man?
Mary, did you know
that your Baby Boy will calm the storm with His hand?
Did you know
that your Baby Boy has walked where angels trod?
When you kiss your little Baby you kissed the face of God?
Mary did you know.. Ooo Ooo Ooo
The blind will see.
The deaf will hear.
The dead will live again.
The lame will leap.
The dumb will speak
The praises of The Lamb.
Mary, did you know
that your Baby Boy is Lord of all creation?
Mary, did you know
that your Baby Boy will one day rule the nations?
Did you know
that your Baby Boy is heaven's perfect Lamb?
The sleeping Child you're holding is the Great, I Am.

Sorry for the lousy quality photos as they were taken with the slow like molasses, bug-ridden Symbian OS powered Nokia N80.
