I know it’s Monday and I’m writing about SHF (or Sugar High Friday) and it seems that the recent theme is called “Ice Ice Baby” and this theme strikes a chord because it combines a few of food loves: coffee and ice cream. Of course I wouldn’t trade my precious love for all the ice cream and coffee in the world! Cappucino Ice Cream cake! Of course I’ve also been making a lot of ice cream lately, and I gotta be quick on this entry… I’ve to make my chocolate peanut butter ice cream! Yummy!

It’s Chinese Valentine’s day or something like that today… A wet morning that probably caused a lot of people to be late. When the chicken crowed at 6:45am and the rain still drizzling down, most people will just stay under their covers. I guess that’s the result of having too much fun over the weekend. However, I hope it stays as it is and not have unexpected things crop up…

Why do you need a 24 inch wide screen monitor? To increase productivity that’s why. I’m going to look for that IDC report that mentions that multiple monitors and larger monitors increase productivity. Look at my Microsoft Word screen below. I have TWO FULL SIZED A4 pages, 100% view. Says a lot doesn’t it.

1024×768 – standard 15″ LCD monitor will yield 786432 pixels. Jack that up to a 17″ LCD monitor and you get 1310720 pixels, an increase of 67% just for 2 more inches. Go all the way to a 20″ wide screen and you get 1764000 pixels, increase of 124% over a standard 15″ monitor. Of course, with a 24″ wide screen and 2304000 pixels, you’re a whopping 193% more screen estate space!

Well, maybe it’s a week of sleep deprivation or what but it does feel a bit weird today. I’ll probably take some time tomorrow to catch a movie but I hope it’s entertaining enough that I don’t fall asleep. I also noticed over the course of the week that Malaysia has a lot of idiots that have no freaking clue how to use an elevator. They tend to ride it down to go up and to press the up and down buttons to call the car. This was so irritating that I remarked to this particular idiot that if he wanted to go up, he’d get there faster by waiting rather than riding it down with me to B2. Oh, well, time to get back to my breakfast and coffee.
