I’ve a tenant who’s been skipping his rental payment since October. It’s almost December already so I suppose it’s time to pay up. Excuses abound when you are always chasing for payment so what’s the next step? Turn off their water and power supply. This gets through to them faster than a dozen phone calls or SMSs…

For those with Digital Cameras, here’s a good way to re-decorate (or at least paint) your home.
1. Take a photo of the walls to be painted.
2. Load in Adobe Photoshop and select the walls and adjust to your liking.
3. Print the photo.
4. Match the photo to a paint swatch!
5. Buy and paint!
